These precision-engineered patenting furnaces are meant to be used for continuous and wire annealing units. The use of uncoiler and coilers facilitate in feeding the wires into the furnace in multiple strands at predetermined temperature condition.


The take up unit consists of:

• Fabricated base frame
• Gear train with extended output shaft to mount clutch, coiler, lock nut
• Each coiler is provided with two sets of killing pulleys
• Gear train is coupled with flexible couplings

Product Details:

The Wire Payoff that we provide to our clients are driven through a helical bevel geared motor. A speed control arm adjusts the speed of the turntable by means of a non-contact sensor. The electro-magnetic spring-loaded brake stops the turntable instantly and safely when the payoff is switched off. It features an external control box with a separate starter switch and a speed control potentiometer to be used for offset adjustment of the velocity of the turntable.
